Hi and welcome! I'm Lorraine, a multidisciplinary designer based in Washington, DC and I come from a multicultural background of Brazilian and American roots. She works across various mediums, including digital art, painting, printmaking, and illustrations. My passion for art was grew out of childhood (starting with those classic finger paintings) and has evolved ever since. Keeping up with this hobby of mine has blossomed into an integral part of who I am. A big part of my portfolio emphasizes Brazilian cultural icons, as a way for me to pay homage to my culture, whether through birds, fruits, music, and architecture. Other aspects of my portfolio highlights my love for architecture, such as my DC/Brooklyn Bridge Print series. I love mixing color palettes and creating bold pieces that are fun and whimsical.

My professional work consists of visual storytelling through report layouts and graphic design to video narratives to social media campaigns. My desire for design is rooted in my love for creating art. Art wears many hats; there's painting, sculpting, printmaking, drawing, sketching—you name it.
